Returns Policy
Eligibility
- Returns are only accepted for items that are faulty or damaged upon receipt.
- Eligible items have a return window of 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed and with all orginal tags and packaging intact.
- All other purchases are final, and we do not accept returns for reason other than defects or damages currrently.
Procedure
- If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact our Customer Support team at info@edenvitaofficial.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Our Customer Service team will respond within 1 hour.
- Provide you order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photos of the damage or defect.
- Our team will assess the situation and, if return is approved, provide instructions for returning the item.
Refunds
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval of your refund via email.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days to the original method of payment.
